Tulzscha

Tulzscha.

Tulzscha (The Green Flame) is the name given to the entity described in Howard Phillips Lovecraft's story "The Festival". Tulzscha appears as a blazing green ball of flame, dancing with its Lesser Outer Gods at the Court of Chaos.

When called to the physical world, it assumes a gaseous form, penetrates the planet to the core, then erupts from below as a pillar of flame. It cannot move from where it emerges.
