Tamiel

Tamiel. (Art by Peter Mohrbacher)

Under the surface of the world, an invisible force exerts itself upon us. Dull waves of its gravity pour across us without notice, without a trace. Even as it tosses us about, we do not see it. We are oblivious to its movement, even as it throws us to the ground.
~ Tamiel.

Tamiel, also known as Tumiel, Tâmîêl, Kasdaye, Kasdeja or Kasyade, known as the Angel of the Unseen, is a fallen angel of the Grigori, the fifth mentioned of the 20 Watchers of the 200 fallen angels in the Book of Enoch.

Overview[]

Tamiel is described as "God is Perfect" or "Perfection of God" (the combination of tamiym and El-God). Tamiel was known to put humans into a dream state of their perfect Heaven. Tamiel did this for thousands of years under a variety of different names.

Tamiel was attributed as a teacher of astronomy. He also taught "the children of men all of the wicked strikes of spirits, [the strikes of demons, and the strikes of the embryo in the womb so that it may pass away (abortion), and the strikes of the soul, the bites of the serpent, and the strikes which befall through the noontide heat, [which is called] the son of the serpent named Taba'et (meaning male)" during the days of Noah, not the days of Jared.

Quotes[]

  • "I prefer to think of myself as a gourmand. I make Heaven a place on Earth. Keeps me alive and hidden from the rest of the failures that call themselves angels."
  • "You did this to me! You're the reason I'm like this!"
