The Silver Lantern Club was an occult society based in London, England.
Overview[]
The Silver Lantern Club houses a myriad of occultists and demonologists, several of which hail from other parts of the world as well. Some of the Silver Lantern members even consist of powerful magicians and witches. According to Arthur Hellsing, the father of Integra Hellsing, the Silver Lantern Club was established to investigate matters involving the supernatural so as the Hellsing Organization would not have its hands full with an overload of unexplainable cases.
Members of the club normally congregate at the Monk's Head either to delegate in their tales involving the supernatural or to discuss important matters that threaten the lives of people. The members in question consisted of legendary paranormal investigators and hunters such as Sir Edward Grey, Sarah Jewell, Abraham Van Helsing, Simon Bruttenholm, Ian Thatch, and others. There were also the occasional inhuman members like the vampiress Mina Harker and Henry Jekyll.
