Massachusetts is a state in New England region of the northeastern United States.
Overview[]
Over the centuries it has been a hub for supernatural phenomena, from witches, demons, and even the Ogdru Hem. Sometimes they overlapped with one another with the witches either bringing forth the darkness of demons or the terror of the Old ones.
Key events were the Salem Witch Trials from February 1692 to May 1693 and the destruction of the Esoteric Order of Dagon in Innsmouth in 1922. Massachusetts also houses the city of Arkham where the horrors lay as its centerpoint. This is due to the unspeakable experiments being conducted within the Arkham Sanitarium by Herbert West using the STEM program.
