Lucifer's rally in the Council

Greetings brothers and sisters. As you may know, we have been thrown into this place for rebelling against my father. Though through my guidance in this place we have a roof over our heads, the main question is what to do next. In a way, the war is still occurring. But should this war continue or should it end?
~ Lucifer.

Lucifer's Rally was an event that took place shortly after the War in Heaven and the banishing of the rebel angels from Heaven to Hell at the hands of God and Michael.

History[]

Rally of the Fallen[]

The fallen angels, now called demons, gathered around Lucifer (formerly Helel), looking for guidance. Lucifer ordered the construction of a new city for the his fallen comrades and the architect Mulciber constructed the city of Pandemonium alongside the aid of Mammon, which would serve as the capital of Hell and base of operations of for all demonkind.

Afterward the most important demons of the rebellion started to argue amongst one another on what to do next. Notable demons present during this debate Beelzebub, Mammon, Belial, Moloch, Iblis, Baal, Astaroth, Livyatan, Chemosh, Mulciber, Belphegor, Asmodeus, Purson, Orias, Sargatanas, Arioch and Dagon, along with Hastur, who is secretly an Ogdru Hem masquerading as a fallen angel and Duke of Hell.

The demon Belial argued that they should not continue a war against God, since he fears that they might be punished further and may even be met with death. Mammon too is against war, as he seeks to rather search for new treasures in Hell, such as gold or minerals. The brutish Moloch argued that they should definitely continue war against God, seeming reckless and suicidal.

Bringing the Fall[]

The debate eventually ended with Lucifer, the leader of the rebellion, and Satan, Arbiter of Heaven, deciding that demons would continue to wage war against God and Heaven, but not by sheer force, only through manipulation by corrupting humans, His favorite creation, and have them spiral down towards sin where he would take His creations for himself rather than have them reunite with his father in Heaven.

Lucifer himself also went on to tempt the first humans with Satan, while Beelzebub led to expansion of Hell. The Lord of the Flies, alongside other demons, explored the endless confines of the underworld to where they discovered many realms similar to their own Hell as well as the rulers, being chthonic pagan gods, and began to make certain arrangements in order for them to collectively rule the Underworlds.
