Facility No. 3826 was a major Soviet research and development center.
Description[]
It is a hub of high technology and scientific advancement where many of the brightest minds in the USSR work. Its sprawling array of structures house numerous labs, production plants, test areas, and service and utility areas as well as the amenities needed to support its staff. Its purpose is to design, build, and test technologies which improve the lives of the Soviet citizenry.
Overview[]
Located in the eastern Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic (Kazakh SSR or Kazakhstan), Facility 3826 was where Kollektiv, the world’s first global network, was successfully developed. The system would mark its debut in 1946, a mere three years after the facility first opened. In conjunction with Kollektiv was another breakthrough known as AM who would be created as a means to become the primary node for Kollektiv, a neural network where robots and many other types of machinery are controlled by a single dominant network. Said robots include the VOV-A6 Lab Tech and the MA-9 Belyash.
But unbeknown to most, Facility 3826 was also dabbling into their own version of the super soldier program which was funded by GRU Division "P" mainly as a means to help them in their race against the United States and to compete against America's own cybernetic super soldiers. The first successful test that emerged from their super soldier program was Alexei Belitrov who would rise to be among the most dangerous soldiers ever produced by the Soviet Union.
